  1. Sparkeology at SiTE LAB

We were delighted when we were asked to sponsor a lounge area at a recent SiTE LAB event. SiTE LAB creates temporary site specific art projects aimed at facilitating dynamic collaborations between art, education, business and cultural communities of Grand Rapids. This particular event took place on October 22, 2010.

Paul Amenta and Tom Clinton were the brains behind this event, they took an empty building at 833 Lake Drive (future home of LaFontsee Gallery) and created a one night gallery for over 100 artist to showcase their work. A perfect platform for artists to create individual or collaborative projects in different styles in different settings. An experience and an event that brought community and art together.

We painted our lounge space with our signature chalkboard paint and furnished it with two Mannys, Petes, and Flips. It was a great space for people to hang out, socialize and mingle with friends and exhibiting artists.

The event was a great success and we were honored to be a part of it.

We are a team that has found a different way of looking at things. It all starts with a conversation helping you find the perfect solution for furnishing public spaces. Wherever people gather to meet, study, work research or surf, conditions are prime for Sparkeology.
